The Legal Services Continuum (LSC) programme has helped owners of reputable law firms to merge into #VirtuallyOne legal collaborative as part of their personal pension and retirement plans.
This has created an enviable aggregated client list, and demand for skilled and experienced solicitors to serve their needs.
To meet this demand, Coplexia is progressing plans to launch Lexia Law as the trading style through which consultants solicitors work with the legal practices that participate in Phase II of the Legal Services Continuum (LSC) programme; and the resurrection of Fairchild Greig Solicitors as one of London’s oldest and most trusted names, first established in 1919.
We now seeks an enterprising solicitor willing and able to not just help serve current clients needs (Real Estate/Property, Wills, Probate and LPAs in the main) but also work on the innovative transformational growth plans of the Connect Counsel Collaborative which will integrate an expanding range of ‘reserved’ legal activities with non-legal consultancy, project and programme management throughout the private, commercial and public sectors.
The candidate may choose to work from any location in England & Wales but is ideally expected to work from the firm’s practicing address at the prestigious Stockley Park business complex near Heathrow, and to attend occasional meetings at corporate headquarters at the ‘Gherkin’ in the City of London.
Depending on age, experience, performance and ‘attitude’ – the right candidates will be offered an opportunity to become a named Partner in the firm (with entitlement to a six-figure salary) by the start of 2020.
